Web application
Work Order Web App for Tuinen Van De Cotte
A secure web application that gives employees access to digital work orders on location.

Problem
Work orders needed to be readily available on location without exposing sensitive business information publicly.
Approach
I designed a focused web application around the daily workflow. Security was part of the architecture from the start: traffic passes through Cloudflare, and an administrator verifies authorised devices.
Employees cannot sign in with an unregistered code. An administrator first links each unique access code to the correct work account. Only after that link has been created does the application allow the employee to log in, keeping access controlled without complicating the daily workflow.
Result
The application is intended for internal use and therefore has no public live link. An anonymised architecture diagram and approved screenshots will be added to this page later.
What I learned
Access control is a core part of business software. Addressing security early in the design keeps the user experience simple without giving up control.
